What You'll Do

On a day to day basis you will work as part of a cross-functional BCG team solving complex problems, writing materials to communicate your insights, and mentor client staff.

We are looking for Project Leaders to join the team at this time in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.

For entry into BCG as a Project Leader, you would also require the following capabilities:

Strong leadership skills with credible experience leading and mentoring highly performing teams
Ability to drive strategy and advise on strategy
Ability to operate at, and manage relationships at the executive level

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Strategic mindset with strong problem solving skills
Strong understanding of, and hands on experience with agile
Broad background in technology
Ability to operate across the layers of an organisation – from front line staff through to senior management
Outstanding communications skills (written and verbal) preferably with coaching experience
Be passionate, striving for individual excellence, whilst thriving in a team environment
Enjoy travel

MBA qualification is desired but not essential
