What You'll Do
Could you help a CEO think about how AI will disrupt their business model? Help a Government Minister evaluate the economic impact of a new piece of technology policy? Help a CIO develop products twice as fast through the use of agile?
By joining our BCG Technology Advantage (TA) team, you would do this, and much more. We operate at the intersection between business and technology, and help our clients think strategically about how technology will change the shape of their business.
A broad skillset is important. As part of our Technology Advantage consulting team, you would work on a variety of technology topics, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic technology questions.
As a Project Leader or Principal, you will direct diverse teams of consulting talent. Your role will be to help those teams flourish through thought leadership, team mentoring and business development, and clients will seek your advice on business issues that extend beyond the immediate scope of your project work.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
We’re looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us. You would typically:
- Have 6+ years’ consulting experience, including leading consulting teams OR
- Have held a leadership role in industry, combined with 5+ years consulting experience
- Extensive experience in the technology and digital space, ideally within the consulting domain
- Have a strong consulting skillset: hypothesis-led problem solving, framing and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically
- Be entrepreneurial, curious, creative, and have a track record for thinking innovatively
- Be a proven leader with exceptional drive and commitment
- Have an outstanding academic track record from a leading university
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch/French
