What You'll Do

As a Project Leader, you will direct diverse teams of consulting talent. Your role will be to help those teams flourish through thought leadership, team mentoring and business development, and clients will seek your advice on business issues that extend beyond the immediate scope of your project work.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

We’re looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us. You would typically:

Have 6+ years’ consulting experience, including leading consulting teams OR
Have held a leadership role in industry, combined with 5+ years consulting experience
Extensive experience in the technology and digital space, ideally within the consulting domain
Have a strong consulting skillset: hypothesis-led problem solving, framing and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically
Be entrepreneurial, curious, creative, and have a track record for thinking innovatively
Be a proven leader with exceptional drive and commitment
Have an outstanding academic track record from a leading university
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
