What You'll Do
- Management of work packages/modules in critical IT implementation projects
- Technical architecture, code reviews & performance of technical proofs of concept
- Analysis of complex IT application landscapes, optimization of development processes and Solution Architecture
- Functional and technical online and Internet strategies
- IT project management and quality assurance
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- Full understanding of interdependencies between her/his own work stream and the overall project context, being able to scope and design a work stream autonomously and take responsibility for it
- Can run a workshop at peer level: effectively facilitating client meetings, preparing CTMs, co-leading a content topic as well as coaching other project members and able to generate trust, to be perceived by the client as a potential partner
- A university degree with above-average academic performance in a STEM related field
- Significant professional experience in the field of professional software development or IT project management using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Extensive technical expertise (overarching understanding of architecture, object-oriented programming languages, database design and systems, component technologies, XML standards, and current technology trends) of digital solutions on mobile devices as well as legacy environments
- Extensive experience in the assessment of IT target architectures in an enterprise environment, component technologies, and service-oriented architectures
- Experience with No-SQL and SQL DBs, also exposure to big data environments (e.g., Hadoop, Redshift)
- Technical experience of PaaS/IaaS platforms such as Pivotal, Heroku, AWS, Azure
