What You'll Do
- Executing client case work and business development activities
- Investing in thedevelopment of BCG's capabilities and expertise-developing and driving the content agenda to the next level in your area of expertise
- Playing an active role supporting the commercial agenda, ensuring the topic is being pushed at the right clients in the region
- Building BCG's brand within the topic internally and externally
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- Preferred advanced degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Physics or Mathematics -graduate of a leading engineering school would be a plus
- Strong academics from top-tier institutions (top 10% of class)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- 5-7 years’ experiencewithinTelecommunications, Financial Servicesor premier IT group
- Management consulting experience preferred
- Experience addressing business challenges leveraging Technology solutions
- Exposure to deep dive IT diagnostics, experience identifying value creation opportunities
- Good understanding of enterprise architecture principles
- Interest and expertise in technology-related training topics such as Big Data and Analytics, Information/Cyber-security, information architecture, IT project management methodologies
- Experience in driving an intellectual agenda and building delivery and execution of a digital academy
- Analytical and structured
- Ableto work creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to build empathy within the firm and win the trust of the clients
- Highly professional and rigorous
- Able to think strategically/end-to-end
- Goodbusiness sense
- Results-oriented
- Strong in execution and comfortable with fragmentation
- Willing to travel extensively and to work on client sites
