What You'll Do

In Australia we are at the forefront of the Digital and Agile at Scale transformation agenda in both the public and private sectors. As a result, our DigitalBCG team is going through an exciting growth phase. 
  
We are looking for people who go beyond the ‘what’ of digital and agile, who ask ‘why’ and ‘how’ to use digital and agile as strategic tools to transform organisations across business, technology, operations and corporate control functions. 
  
As part of DigitalBCG, you will join a global team spanning Digital transformation, Agile at Scale, Next Generation IT, Cyber Security, IoT and much more. You will work as an integral part of high performing teams solving the most complex problems facing our clients across various industries. 
  
Your responsibilities will vary from working as part of a cross-functional BCG team solving complex problems, managing and transforming agile teams through to writing materials to communicate your insights, and mentor case/client staff. Pivotal to your success will also be assisting clients scale at the enterprise level, as part of their agile transformation journey. 

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

Skills, experience and qualifications:   
  • 4-8 years+ experience in a strategy, management or technology consulting firm and/or within a large corporate digital environment 
  • Ideally in an enterprise agile coaching, enterprise agility lead, agile transformation lead or senior agile coaching capacity 
  • Proven experience leading agile transformation projects, driving enterprise agility at scale from advisory, design to implementation 
  • Experience in building framework/playbooks utilising multiple agile approaches to build a culturally relevant approach to agile adoption 
  • Experience defining Agile operating models would be advantageous 
  • Effective senior relationship management coupled with the ability to coach senior leaders 
  • Strong leadership skills with credible experience leading and mentoring high performing teams 
  • Experience building agility capability and thought leadership across organisations 
  • An active leader in the agile community with a passion for presenting, developing, publishing articles and blogs 
  • Broad generalist digital/technology skills and knowledge   
  • Excellent communication, client facing and consulting skills 
  • Strategic mindset, presence and gravitas 
  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree and certifications in Agile (SCRUM, SAFe, LeSS etc) 
  • MBA qualification will be highly regarded but not essential 
  • Flexibility to travel interstate or international as required.
