- Hypothesis-led problem solving, framing and communicating complex ideas and thinking strategically
- Collaborating and demonstrating strong teaming capabilities both internally and externally with clients
- Building trust and rapport with clients by understanding their business, relating to their experiences, and empathizing with their challenges
- Leading and growing our A/NZ Agile at Scale topic through project execution, business development, and intellectual property creation
- Creating awareness of our Agile at Scale expertise and capabilities externally through participating in key industry forums, publications and presentations
- Delivering client impact by creating the next generation of IP and deepening business knowledge
- Engaging internal communities on expertise and capabilities, with a strong focus on sharing knowledge and insight.
- 8 years+ experience in a strategy, management or technology consulting firm and/or within a large corporate digital environment
- a combination of enterprise/business agility + technology agility + commercial drive
- a track record of delivery, impressive portfolio of work across a range of industries/geographies aligned to agility topics
- ideally in an agile advisory, agile transformation lead or enterprise agile coaching capacity
- experience leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level agile transformations, with expertise around specific issues that arise with agile in functions including IT and beyond (e.g. Finance, HR, Legal) and/or scaling agile across the broader enterprise
- working knowledge of approaches ranging from frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) to engineering practices (test-driven development) and DevOps
- strong leadership skills with credible experience leading and mentoring high performing teams
- experience as an active leader in the agile community with a passion for presenting, developing, publishing articles and blogs
- broad generalist digital/technology skills and knowledge
- strategic/commercial mindset, presence and gravitas
- excellent communication, client facing and consulting skills
- a minimum of a Bachelors degree coupled with agile related certifications
- flexibility for frequent travel interstate or international as required.
