Practice Area Profile
What You'll Do
- Work cohesively with hybrid case teams consisting of BCG/DigitalBCG on technology and agile transformation projects
- Design and deliver IT transformations from setting the strategy through to the enablement of execution and delivery
- Work in a digital context providing strategic technology advice across all stakeholder layers of the technology organisation with a focus on technology development and operations
- Work with senior executives to drive strategic technology change and embedment across the organisation
- Develop and deliver pragmatic and best practice approaches to optimise our client’s technology organisation including new ways of working
- Develop technology strategic points of view and thought leadership in agile technology delivery and across a range of technology & digital topics
- Contribute to the DigitalBCG community of practice
- Actively network, manage and influence multiple client and stakeholder relationship groups including senior executives.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 4-8 years’ experience in technology consulting firm and/or within a corporate digital environment as an Agile/DevOps delivery expert/specialist
- Demonstrated experience of driving agile & technology transformations from design to implementation
- Experience in technology systems delivery and building of technology capability
- Deep understanding of technology value chains & delivery lifecycles, both traditional and new age
- Passion in digital disruption, technology transformation and technology optimisation
- Understanding of design thinking, technology operating models and technology architecture
- Knowledgeable in development and engineering best practices
- Experience building agility capability and thought leadership across organisations
- An active member in the agile community with a passion for presenting, developing, publishing articles and blogs
- Broad generalist digital/technology skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication, client facing and consulting skills
- Strategic mindset, presence and gravitas
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree preferably in an IT/Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
- Certifications in Agile (SCRUM, SAFe, LeSS etc.)
- Flexibility to travel interstate or international as required.
