What You'll Do
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience across a range of Human Centred Design activities such as user research, user experience design, service design, prototyping, visual design, user interface design, interaction design or policy implementation design.
- Demonstrated experience in ethnographic research techniques and strategic/service design techniques.
- Experience in a design consulting or management consulting firm.
- Experience leading teams of designers embedded in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working within both waterfall and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Organisational skills, self-motivation and resourcefulness coupled with a creative mindset, presence and gravitas.
- Highly passionate about design, balanced with a pragmatic approach to dealing with clients.
- Flexibility to travel often and for extended periods.
- Australian Citizenship with a security clearance or the eligibility to obtain one is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in a design-related discipline.
- A strong portfolio of case studies, which will be requested as part of our recruitment process.
