Today, we work closely with clients to embrace a transformational approach aimed at benefiting all stakeholders—empowering organizations to grow, build sustainable competitive advantage, and drive positive societal impact.

Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives that question the status quo and spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting, technology and design, and corporate and digital ventures. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, fueled by the goal of helping our clients thrive and enabling them to make the world a better place.

Practice Area Profile

The Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice works with companies across the digital device, software, IT services, TV, publishing, information services, entertainment and telecom sectors to make sense of the unrelenting velocity of technological and consumer change they face. We partner with clients to transform their industries, define winning business models, shape their value proposition and go-to-market approach, enhance their operational competitiveness, and create sustained advantage.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will work as part of a cross-functional joint BCG / client teams, collaborating across Agile teams, their managers, senior leaders, and shared services/control functions to change work routines and optimize flow. You will provide insights on Agile concepts, values, culture, behaviors and practices, and engage hands-on, supporting key Agile project roles to help clients teams implement or accelerate Agile transformations.

Together with national and international clients you will define new ways of working based on Agile principles and actively steer the implementation of such initiatives. Using your sound Agile experience, understanding of business contexts, your technology background, and analytical and conceptual skills, you have the chance to make a big impact on enterprises during key digital transformations.
