What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include building trustful and sustainable senior client relationships, making substantial contributions to the commercial success and profitable growth of Digital BCG, developing and executing projects, attracting and building the team, providing strategic direction and vision and collaborating with other managing directors and partners in joint go-to-market strategies. 

  • Build, evolve, and manage the BCG Platinion business in <Country/Region>
  • Offer and promote BCG Platinion services to clients and prospects, and acquire new clients for BCG Platinion
  • Build trustful and sustainable senior client relationships guided by the highest ethical standards
  • Develop and negotiate client project proposals and their commercial aspects
  • Develop and execute projects, and control their execution with regard to client satisfaction and holistic project quality
  • Develop leading edge offerings for BCG Platinion'smarket critical capabilities
  • Contribute to differentiating IP-and knowledge-build within BCG Platinion
  • Be recognized as thought leader and expert in their domain inside and outside BCG Platinion
  • Make substantial contributions to the commercial success and profitable growth of BCG Platinion
  • Attract and build the BCG Platinion team, and drive recruiting and retention of senior and junior talent
  • Provides strategic direction and vision for BCG Platinion and inspires employees at all levels to deliver it
  • Collaborate with other MDs and BCG partners in joint Go-to-Market and underlying strategy of BCG Platinion
  • Team/Collaborate/Integrate across BCG Platinion and BCG to achieve business integration and best results
  • Take care of the professional and personal management of the team
  • Plan and support education of senior and junior team members, and advocates to advance their careers
  • Act as leader, role model and mentor for the overall team and dedicated mentees/ advisees
  • Live the BCG Platinion values and represent and nurture the BCG Platinion culture internally and market-facing

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)


The successful candidate must have a proven track record in building and managing digital business within a consulting environment with long-standing experience in large-scale IT implementation, IT architecture, digitization of client journeys, and end-to-end Agile transformation from selling, designing, to successful delivery."
