Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.

To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

Practice Area Profile

Through People & Organization, BCG works with our clients — senior business executives— who value BCG’s strategic, fact-based, and impact-oriented approach supported by senior teams, rich benchmarking databases and analytical capabilities. We provide expertise to our clients across all industries through our capabilities in areas like Organization Design; Change Management; Shared Services and Support Functions; Culture, Purpose and Engagement; Leadership & Talent; and Agile Ways of Working.

Role Profile

Who we are

DigitalBCG encompasses a broad set of data, digital, and technology capabilities from BCG consulting teams and practices, along with our business units such as BCG Digital Ventures, BCG Platinion, and BCG GAMMA.

At BCG, we believe corporations should own and drive their digital transformation, by building their own capabilities. To help our clients achieve this goal we have developed a unique enablement model: B.O.T. or Build-Operate-Transfer. It is a true partnership that takes into account the unique attributes and context of your company and business to make the change stick. We will bring our teams to enable your resources as they ramp-up, and place you on track to deliver value out of digital transformation.

We BUILD capabilities for our clients, we OPERATE those capabilities with our clients to address critical challenges and make the change stick and finally We TRANSFER those capabilities to our clients and prevent them from outsourcing their future. Through many client engagements, we have demonstrated our value across multiple industries and around the globe. With B.O.T. we help clients define and implement their strategy.
