BCG’s Financial Institutions Practice Area (FIPA) aims to be the consultant of choice for leaders in the financial industry. We seek to achieve that goal by helping clients find their way amid the ever-evolving, ever-shifting competitive landscape. By focusing on the fundamental economics of their businesses and the underlying needs of their customers, we help banks, brokerages, asset managers and other financial- services organizations rethink their strategic assumptions, identify winning business propositions, and seize new opportunities in the expanding digital environment.

What You'll Do

ROLE PROFILE

BCG is looking for Experienced Professionals to join our Milan consulting team in the Financial
Institution Practice. As a member of our consulting team, you will work alongside some of the
world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. You will collaborate on challenging projects increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives experiencing a steep learning curve both professionally and personally.
Joining BCG’s consulting team you will become a member of the world’s business elite and achieve fundamental impact for our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
  •  Own a project module, proposing activities and next steps
  •  Lead client interviews and presentations
  •  Execute high-quality deliverables, distilling insights for the Client
  •  Translate output of analyses into practical recommendations
  •  Coach and support junior colleagues

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

The Ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: 
  •  Substantial consulting experience in serving Financial Institutions OR 
  •  Have held a leadership role in the Financial Institutions space, possibly with some experience in the consulting sector 
  •  Be determinate, curious, creative, and have a track record for thinking innovatively 
  •  Be a proven leader with exceptional drive and commitment 
  •  Have an outstanding academic track record. 
  •  Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
