What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- Substantial consulting experience in serving Financial Institutions OR
- Have held a leadership role in the Financial Institutions space, possibly with some experience in the consulting sector
- Be determinate, curious, creative, and have a track record for thinking innovatively
- Be a proven leader with exceptional drive and commitment
- Have an outstanding academic track record.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
