Practice Area Profile
What You'll Do
As a Principal you will be a core member of our Istanbul office working alongside some of the world’s top minds in management consulting. You will advise clients on executive level across industries and topics supporting them to improve or transform their businesses and achieve excellence in what they do.
You will lead BCG project teams consisting of with high performing members with different backgrounds and develop state of the art strategic approaches based on thorough fact-based analyses in order to deliver fundamental long-term impact to our clients. Additionally, you will be involved in client relationship management and you will support our Partners in acquiring new projects and expanding BCG’s consulting services into new areas.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
We’re looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us. You would typically:
- Have 8+ years’ consulting experience, including leading consulting teams OR
Have held a leadership role in industry, combined with 6+ years consulting experience - Experience of devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization and communication of strategic solutions
- Superior problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a demanding environment
- A proven project and people leader with exceptional drive and commitment striving for excellence
- Strong client management and business development track record will be of advantage
- Highly self-driven, well-structured yet flexible, able to think strategically / end-to-end
- High level of adaptability to a frequently changing professional and social working environment
- Frequent business travelling required
- Outstanding academic track record from a leading university
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
