What You'll Do
We are looking for someone at the Project Leader level who will play a critical role in bringing forward-thinking solutions to our clients. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in the insurance industry, as well as demonstrated impact in strategy consulting
- Develop, manage and maintain client relationships
- Act as a key topic content lead for proposals or other business development work
- Contribute and advise case teams in topics such as distribution effectiveness, advanced analytics, growth strategy, product development, technology strategy, operations and/or digital transformation
- Direct and supervise research activities to obtain relevant data and define client needs or problems
- Oversee the formulation of hypotheses for research and investigation and the advanced financial analysis of client, competitor, and industry data
- Oversee the analysis of data and the application business principles and industrial organization to the development of feasible recommendations for the profitable growth of client companies
- Prepare and present oral and written reports of case team findings to client management
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years consulting experience, preferably within the Insurance practice OR Have held a leadership role in the industry, combined with at least 5 years consulting experience
- Knowledge of complex principles of financial analysis, business methodology and managerial thought
- Be determinate, tenacious, creative, and have a track record for thinking innovatively
- Advanced business degree from a top-tier institution preferred
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
- Be always ready to apply the highest ethical standards
