What You'll Do
Applicable for second year undergraduate students at the University of Cape Town, Stellenbosch University and the University of Pretoria only. Grow@BCG is a remarkable opportunity to experience the world of consulting in your second year. This exclusive program includes an intense three-day all-expenses paid trip to Sandton for training at our BCG offices. You will then join a three/four month case competition where you and your team help to answer a live case question posed by a real client. Here teams simulate a BCG team, guided by a BCG consultant. At the end of the competition, each team will present their findings to the client. And of course, the winning team will be awarded a grand prize. Further to the actual competition and accompanying training, each Grow@BCG participant will receive a mentor as well as extra case practice opportunities to help him/her prepare for the BCG Visiting Associate (internship) program the following year (open to third years).
