- Own a project module, proposing activities and next steps
- Lead client interviews and presentations
- Execute high-quality deliverables, distilling insights for the Client
- Translate output of analyses into practical recommendations
- Coach and support junior colleagues
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- Substantial consulting experience in the field, including leading consulting teams
- Have held a leadership role in the Heath Care industry (e.g. Biopharma – payers
- and providers – Life science), possibly with some experience in the consulting sector
- Be determinate, curious, creative, and have a track record for thinking innovatively
- Be a proven leader with exceptional drive and commitment
- Have an outstanding academic track record.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
