What You'll Do
BCG’s Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) Practice Area aims to advise global investment firms on investment diligence, transformation of portfolio companies, organization, strategy, and how to enter into new asset classes and markets, among other areas. The clients include some of the world’s largest private-equity investors, hedge funds, pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and real estate and infrastructure funds. You will work hand in hand with the decision makers of our client company.
- Play a role in the growth of our PIPE topic through case execution and client development
- Work jointly with BCG and client project teams, bringing expertise to the team and to the client on site
- Sourcing and conducting due diligence (Market and Competition Assessment, Financial Analysis, Company Valuation, Financial Modeling) on prospective investment opportunities.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 4 -6 years (Consultant) or 8 – 12 years (Project Leader) of experience in buy and sell side, consulting or investment banking (Corporate Finance/M&A/Leverage Finance/Private Equity)
- Strong academics from a top-tier institution
- Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex industry concepts in non-technical terms
- Excellent time, people and project management skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
