What You'll Do
We are looking for someone at the Project Leader level who will play a critical role in bringing forward-thinking solutions to our clients. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in the industry, as well as demonstrated impact in strategy consulting.
Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day execution of consulting projects and ensuring successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement
- Act as a key topic content lead for proposals or other business development work
- Managing the client relationship on a day-to-day basis
- Driving development of the content, either directly or by providing guidance to the consulting team
- Providing apprenticeship and coaching to junior consultants to help develop their consulting skills, including sharing knowledge and experience, giving frequent feedback and creating opportunities for team members to learn and grow
- Supporting and contributing to other BCG projects, by sharing expertise or best practices
- Contributing to the development of intellectual property within the Practice Area(s), including improving methodologies, tools, techniques and developing new ideas and approaches
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of consulting experience, with strong focus on the Industrial Goods practice area with hands on experience working on industries such as infrastructure or defense OR
- Have held a leadership role in the industry, combined with at least 5 years consulting experience
- Be analytical and structured with a passion for advanced quantitative analysis
- Be determinate, tenacious, creative, and have a track record for thinking innovatively
- Be a proven leader with exceptional drive and commitment
- Have excellent communication and persuasion skills with a solid business acumen
- Have an outstanding academic track record.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
- Be always ready to apply the highest ethical standards
