What You'll Do
BCG is seeking for fresh graduate willing to join its Consumer Goods and Retail practice area, starting with a focus on Fashion and Apparel projects. The candidate will be part of the team as a junior member, supporting the overall projects effort.
Main duties
· Support in preparing and executing strategic consulting projects starting with a focus on the Fashion industry by
o Analysing and modelling data sets;
o Processing statistical data, comparative analysis and analysis of possible correlations and distortions;
o Interpreting results of the analysis (i.e. sales, markdowns, …) and represent them;
o Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information and statistics;
o Ensuring that all necessary documents for execution are drawn, ready and delivered;
o Recommending original solutions to support complex decision-making processes.
Key requirements
- Recently graduated or enrolled in the last year of a master degree in Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics or Mathematical, Physics, Mathematical Engineering or Computer Engineering;
- Fluency in Italian and English, other languages would be considered as a plus;
- Knowledge of Tableau or Alteryx will be considered as a plus.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- Recently graduated or enrolled in the last year of a master degree in Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics or Mathematical, Physics, Mathematical Engineering or Computer Engineering;
- Fluency in Italian and English, other languages would be considered as a plus;
- Knowledge of Python; Tableau or Alteryx will be considered as a plus.
