Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives that question the status quo and spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting, technology and design, and corporate and digital ventures. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, fueled by the goal of helping our clients thrive and enabling them to make the world a better place.

Our teams work with client members from all levels of the organization in order to integrate our staff’s strategy, operational, and industry experience with the client’s knowledge of its particular situation, culture, and constraints. While usually reporting to a Principal, Project Leaders are responsible for managing project teams comprised of Consultants and Associates who design and develop innovative long-term business strategies for client corporations that maximize the return on the investment of shareholders.
