Practice Area Profile
What You'll Do
- Act as a key topic expert for our People Operations practice, including projects in Organization Design, Human Resources, Behavior & Culture, Leadership & Talent, Change Management and Smart Simplicity across different industries
- You will advise clients on executive level across industries supporting them to improve or transform their Talent Strategy and achieve excellence in what they do
- Work jointly with BCG and client project teams, bringing expertise to the team and to the client on site
- Be part of our business development efforts: client meetings, industry conferences, etc.
- Provide mentorship and support to consultants ensuring continuous development
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- At least 7 years of work experience
- Experience in a top level advisory or consulting firm is a must
- 3-4 years leading/playing core role in driving projects - owning the project process, content and day-to-day client interactions
- Driving the content development, either directly or by providing guidance to the consulting team
- Consulting mind-set: hypothesis-led problem solving, framing and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically
- Experience or strong interest for HR topics: Organization Design, Human Resources, Behaviour & Culture, Leadership & Talent, Change Management and Smart Simplicity
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working, Agile at Scale, digital HR or Data Analytics will be a plus
