What You'll Do
- Play a leading role in the growth of BCG’s Center for Telco through case execution, business development, and intellectual property creation
- Able to create awareness of BCG expertise and capabilities through participating in key Telco industry forums, publications, studies, tools, etc.
- You will be given end-to-end responsibility for large and complex “modules” within a BCG project
- Elevate our ability to deliver client impact by creating the next generation of IP and deepening our knowledge
- Engaging with BCG's internal community on expertise and capabilities, with a strong focus on sharing knowledge and insight
Our Expert Consulting Track (ECT)
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Telco with distinctive knowledge in network technology or spectrum-related topics
- Successfully graduated from a university (Master or Ph.D.) in a relevant field of study
- Strong set of management consulting, as well as leadership skills, is key; advanced analytics or software engineering experience is a plus
- Collaborative working style and demonstrated strong teaming capabilities both internally and with clients
- Building trust and rapport with clients by understanding their business, relating to their experiences and empathizing with their challenge
