What You'll Do
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 7+ years of industry and/or consulting experience (preferred) with a focus on Digital Ecosystems, JVs, and Alliances.
- Demonstrated experience in building Digital Ecosystems and related business model innovation, developing DE and JV/alliance strategy, identifying partners for DEs and JV/As, implementing partnership agreements (multiple deal types: DE, JV, alliances) with partners across multiple industries and geographies; on-boarding and separating from partners; and developing, implementing, and running collaboration governance and value sharing mechanisms.
- Familiar with technology platforms underlying DEs (e.g., AWS, Azure) – you designed (but not necessarily engineered), adapted, deployed such platforms in a multi-partner DE context.
- Keen interest in practices, technologies, and regulations applying to company collaborations including but not limited to data sharing and data protection
- Strong interest and demonstrated skill in collaborating across company boundaries and functions. Must be able to understand and employ a variety of frameworks and tools to study collaboration structures, develop frameworks and hypotheses, quantify strategic options, and assess their effectiveness.
- Graduate degree in business, technology, law, or graduate of a leading business school a plus
