1) Leading consulting engagements focused on large-scale HR transformation
2) Supporting business development opportunities; and
3) Driving BCG’s HR expertise development and thought leadership
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- Experience across both traditional HR function design and emerging areas:
- HR strategy and HR functional transformations – including those resulting from large-scale enterprise transformation, mergers, and integration
- Technical expertise in traditional HR processes, systems and tools
- Experience with new ways of working and HR delivery models – including digital talent strategies, people analytics, gig economy/new labor models, larges-scale upskilling, etc.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR consulting
- Established network with key next-generation HR leaders and influencers
- Proven track record of implementation success
