What You'll Do

BCG’s HR business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for experienced consultants with deep expertise to drive this growth.

We are looking for candidates to join us in a senior leadership role within our Expert Consulting Track. As a member of our consulting team, you’ll be able to further hone your expertise, work within your field of interest (HR) and make a bigger impact on complex client challenges that increasingly demand your
specialized knowledge.

In this unique role, you will split your time among:
1) Leading consulting engagements focused on large-scale HR transformation
2) Supporting business development opportunities; and
3) Driving BCG’s HR expertise development and thought leadership

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have former consulting experience, specifically focused within delivering large-scale HR transformation client work across industries.
  • Experience across both traditional HR function design and emerging areas:
    • HR strategy and HR functional transformations – including those resulting from large-scale enterprise transformation, mergers, and integration
    • Technical expertise in traditional HR processes, systems and tools
    • Experience with new ways of working and HR delivery models – including digital talent strategies, people analytics, gig economy/new labor models, larges-scale upskilling, etc.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR consulting
  • Established network with key next-generation HR leaders and influencers
  • Proven track record of implementation success
