What You'll Do
Lead agile transformations for large enterprises by:
- Drive engagements of cross-functional, joint BCG / client teams to transform organizations to agile ways of working
- Manage project timelines, provide hands-on training and coaching on agile topics
- Deliver key insights and ways of thinking about the new model, along with all other deliverables
- Interact and engage with key junior and senior clients and ensuring seamless delivery and implementation of the transformation
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
You will have:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in industry or 5 years of a combination of industry and consulting (preferred)
- Industry experience may include product management or agile development experience at technology start-up, software vendor, professional services organization, or IT system integrator among others
- Experience leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level agile transformations, with expertise around specific issues that arise with agile in IT, and non-IT functions and / or scaling agile across the broader enterprise
- Working knowledge of approaches ranging from frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) to engineering practices (test-driven development) and DevOps
- Coaching clients on a variety of digital topics such as product management, engineering culture, agile values and principals, agile leadership behaviors
- Demonstrated agile way of thinking to oversee multiple aspects of an organization in a technical or non-technical function
- Experience delivering large-scale reorganization projects and successful implementation including staffing and leadership development while taking a hands-on approach with clients
- Experience in managing workshop/discussions with senior client
- Passion for working with leaders and helping them develop new skills
- Certified in Scrum Alliance (CSM/CSPO/CSD/CSP), Scrum.org (PSM/PSPO/PSD), SAFe Scaled Agilist, PMI-ACP is desired but not required
- Strong technical and non-technical influencing abilities
- Outstanding academic track record from a leading MBA or engineering school a plus
