Role Profile

BCG is looking for a Project Leader or Principal focused in Digital Supply Chain to help clients enhance their performance and build new capabilities to compete in the digital age. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supply chain strategy and supply chain management, as well as experience advising clients on how to use digital tools to enable their journey toward operational excellence.

Digital Supply Chain Project Leaders work in our Operations (OPS) practice, helping companies think beyond the limits of their traditional business models, strategize how to add value, and reorganize to defend their business and seize new opportunities. As a Project Leader, you will manage teams who design, develop, and implement long-term business strategies and digital solutions that enhance supply chain and manufacturing performance.

In this role, you will advise clients on key strategic issues, produce leading-edge business models, address specific problems and opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions—all filtered through a lens of digital and data-driven innovation. Drawing on expertise with evolving digital tools and capabilities, you will challenge existing assumptions to create tailored, fully integrated solutions that optimize client operations to create powerful competitive advantage.

In addition to providing direction on digital supply chain client engagements, Expert Project Leaders will contribute to the business development of the supply chain topic, collaborating with Partners on leads and proposals. Experts will also build awareness for BCG supply chain competence and industry-specific capabilities (e.g., BioPharma/MedTech, Consumer/Retail, and Industrial Goods), work to improve methodology & tools, participate in key industry forums, and more.
