What You'll Do
As BCG expands its dynamic Biopharma sector, we are looking for experienced consultants to help fuel the growth.
We are looking for candidates to join us at the Principal or Project Leader levels in our Expert Consulting Track. As a member of our consulting team, you’ll be able to further hone your expertise, work within your field of interest (biopharmaceuticals), and make a bigger impact on complex client challenges that increasingly demand your specialized knowledge.
In this unique role, you will split your time among:
1) Leading consulting engagements focused in commercial biopharma;
2) Supporting business development opportunities; and
3) Developing BCG’s thought leadership content and programs as part of our global topic leadership team.
You will report to the global head of the Biopharma Commercial sector.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
Leveraging your previous consulting (and client) experience, you will develop industry-leading solutions to help our clients succeed.
- Minimum of 4 years consulting experience from top tier consulting firms
- Experience leading projects for biopharmaceutical clients on commercial topics
- Experience in the industry on Commercial topics (not required but preferred)
- Experience bringing recommendations to and working with executive leadership teams
- Proven track record of project delivery success
- Graduate of a leading business or graduate school
