Role Profile

We are looking for experienced consultants to join our offices at the Project Leader level.  Qualified individuals will play a critical role in enriching project work in their respective areas of expertise and in bringing forward-thinking solutions to our clients. Ideal candidates will have previous management consulting experience and demonstrated leadership in growing client relations, people and knowledge development. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, manage and maintain client relationships
  • Act as a key topic content lead for proposals or other business development work
  • Direct and supervise research activities to obtain relevant data and define client needs or problems
  • Oversee the formulation of hypotheses for research and investigation and the advanced financial analysis of client, competitor, and industry data
  • Execute strategic due diligence, product development studies and the development of change management plans
  • Oversee the analysis of data and the application business principles and industrial organization to the development of feasible recommendations for the profitable growth of client companies
  • Prepare and present oral and written reports of case team findings to client management
  • Oversee implementation of proposed solutions

Your Qualifications

  • 2+ years post MBA consulting experience
  • 2+ years of experience or expertise aligning with one of BCG's practice areas or specialized topics
  • Knowledge of complex principles of financial analysis, business methodology and managerial thought
  • Advanced business degree from a top-tier institution preferred
