What You'll Do
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- Have 6+ years’ consulting experience, including leading consulting teams OR
- Have held a leadership role in industry, combined with 5+ years consulting experience
- Industry experience may include product management or agile development experience at technology start-up, software vendor, professional services organization, or IT system integrator among others
- Experience leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level agile transformations, with expertise around specific issues that arise with agile in functions including IT and beyond (e.g. Finance, HR, Legal) and / or scaling agile across the broader enterprise
- Working knowledge of approaches ranging from frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) to engineering practices (test-driven development) and DevOps
- Experience coaching clients on a variety of digital topics such as product management, engineering culture, agile values and principals, and agile leadership behaviours
- Demonstrated agile way of thinking to oversee multiple aspects of an organization specifically in different functions (e.g. IT, HR, Legal, Finance)
- Experience delivering large-scale reorganization projects and successful implementation including staffing and leadership development while taking a hands-on approach with clients
- Experience in pulling all levers in organization design an transformation including operating model, HR and staffing, systems and tools, structure, governance
- Experience in managing workshop/discussions with senior client
- Passion for working with leaders and helping them develop new skills
- Have an outstanding academic track record from a leading university
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
