What You'll Do

As an Expert Project Leader/Associate Director within BCG’s Marketing & Sales Practice Area, you will be a core member of our dedicated Next Generation Sales Expert team working alongside some of the world’s top minds in the industry supporting our clients in unleashing the full potential of digital sales. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds, advising a wide range of B2B clients on a variety of sales transformation engagements, such as: 

  •  Developing a next generation sales strategy for an industrial conglomerate
  • Developing a sales strategy for central sales & BD team to work across verticals as engine for future growth for a real estate services and investment management firm
  • Designing and setting up new inside sales organization for a medical imaging company
  • Developing a marketing and sales distribution strategy for a paper products manufacturing company

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • +10 years of experience working in data driven sales organization either in leading B2B organizations or strategy consulting firms  
  • Broad, hands-on experience in Inside sales roles, data-driven lead generation & qualification and key account management 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master is a plus  
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus  
  • Passion In supporting organizations in their digital sales strategy and effectiveness by adopting new trends in data-driven selling, digitization, and selling models
