What You'll Do
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
• [5+] years’ of experience in delivering digital products/solutions
• Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams (Designers, Engineers, Architects) within a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining calm under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills, combined with intellectual curiosity, and a desire and ability to "get things done"
• Proven success working in and promoting a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment
• Experience in delivering service designs that embed quickly within organizations to smite sustainable change
• Evidenced understanding and application of human centered design and delivery
• Experience working within the Agile framework
• Knowledge and understanding of technical engineering best practices
• Understanding of the creative design process (from ideation to delivery), knowledge of the most common associated software and modern tech stacks
• A Bachelor or Master’s degree with above average academic performance in an area applicable to Product Management, Human Centred Design or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English, fluency in Dutch is a very nice to have
