LOCATION

Since its opening in 1998, BCG in Copenhagen has continued to grow, and today we are the leading and fastest-growing premium consultancy firm in Denmark. Copenhagen is one of the most inspiring cities in the world, known for its incredible cuisine, mixture of old-fashioned and modern Scandinavian architecture, the many bicycles and of course, the enchanting canals.

Situated in Copenhagen’s rapidly developing business hub of Kalvebod Brygge, our offices are on multiple floors of the ultramodern SEB house, overlooking the waters of the Copenhagen harbor as well as the fashionable Islands Brygge. Our consultants are passionate and talented people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, areas of expertise and experiences. Our consultants’ interests and backgrounds are fundamental to our success, as they enable us to analyze problems from a broader perspective and challenge established ways of thinking. It allows us to work on a variety of projects and cater to regional, multinational, and international clients. We work in a wide range of industries, including consumer and industrial goods; technology, media, and telecommunications; health care; financial institutions; shipping; and energy.

In addition to helping our clients, one of BCG’s core values is to give back to society, by focusing on how we can take corporate social responsibility. BCG's Copenhagen office has a very dedicated social impact agenda. Each year, we do several social impact projects with our partners, including UN Women, Food Nation, +Impact, INDEX: Design to Improve Life, Mind Your Own Business, The Ocean Cleanup, and State of Green.

The Copenhagen office culture fosters individualism and uniqueness. Our staff comes from very different backgrounds, but together they have a common goal. We know that our people are the key to our success, and we know that lifting as a team is more important than individual performance. As a result, the office culture feels open, an atmosphere in which everyone’s opinion matters—no matter the seniority. This is what gives the office a “one big family” feeling.
