Are you an Industry 4.0 evangelist dreaming of a chance to spread the word to industry leaders and decision makers, leading them on the right path to operational excellence? Can you help our clients enhance their performance and build new capabilities to succeed in the digital age? Then you could be our new Project Leader for our Operations team in Copenhagen.

As our new Project Leader, you will advise clients on key strategic business issues, producing innovative business models, addressing specific problems and opportunities, and implementing sustainable solutions – all filtered through a lens of digital and data-driven innovation.

As a senior profile and leading team member on a growing team, you also take pride in providing mentorship and support to more junior consultants, ensuring continuous individual development and high-quality deliveries. Your sense of leadership also enables you to take the lead in driving projects, taking responsibility for the project process, content, and day-to-day client interactions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to bring the ‘best of BCG’ to our clients, you also have the people and collaboration skills to ensure that the old saying among BCG veterans lives on: You come for the projects but stay for the people. 



YOUR QUALIFICATIONS


To succeed in this role, you have worked within Industry 4.0 acquiring a mix of industry and top-level consulting experience. Most importantly, you can already show impressive results from prior projects where you’ve applied Industry 4.0 methods to improve or transform supply chains. Your deep knowledge of each link of the supply chain allows you to analyse and interpret data through a business & economic lens – and to successfully advise international clients on how to improve their supply chain strategy. In addition, it is important that you have:

5+ years of experience leading or playing a central role in driving projects – being responsible for the project process, content and day-to-day client interactions

The willingness to travel internationally and to work remotely on client sites

•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dannish is a plus)

•     Strong business sense
