Now, BCG Turkey is looking for Consultants to join our team. We recruit experts with very different backgrounds and from a variety of industries such as Consumer, Financial Institutions, Industrial Goods. As a member of our consulting team, you will work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, governments, and the society. You will collaborate on challenging projects, increasing your understanding of complex business problems and experiencing a steep learning curve, both professionally and personally.

Responsibilities
- Own a project module, proposing activities and related next steps
- Execute high-quality analysis, providing insights to the Client
- Convert the output of analysis into practical recommendations
- Lead client interviews and presentations
- Coach and support junior colleagues
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- Six to eight years of consulting or industries (Consumer Goods, Financial Institutions, Industrial Goods) experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Outstanding academic track record from a leading university
- Highly self-driven, well-structure, able to think strategically
- Sound analytical skills, strategic thinking, creative problem solving and mental agility
- Strong communication skills and presence, team spirit and leadership skills
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel
