What You'll Do
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 10+ years’ experience in a strategy, management or technology consultancy; and/or industry experience
- Ideally in an enterprise agility lead, agile transformation lead or enterprise agile coaching capacity
- Experience defining agile operating models, leading agile transformation projects, driving enterprise agility at scale from design to implementation to maturity assessment to recovery
- Experience in building framework/playbooks utilising multiple agile approaches to build a culturally relevant approach to agile adoption
- An active leader in the agile community with a passion for presenting, developing, publishing articles and blogs
- Experience leading and managing high performing case/project teams
- Experience driving presales, proposal development through to client presentations
- Thrive in a hypothesis-based environment, ability to frame and solve strategic challenges
- Excellent communication, storylining, client facing and consulting skills
- Strategic mindset, commercial acumen, presence and senior gravitas
- Bachelors degree and certifications in Agile (SCRUM, SAFe, LeSS etc)
- MBA, Masters or PHD will be highly regarded
- Flexibility to travel within A/NZ, Asia Pacific region and globally as required.
