Practice Area Profile
What You'll Do
- Leading/working cohesively with hybrid case teams consisting of BCG/DigitalBCG on identity and access management, cyber and digital risk, innovation & emerging technology cases
- Conducting identity and access management (IAM) assessments including gap analysis and roadmap development
- Developing IAM implementation/program execution strategies, governance structures, policies, processes, and procedures
- Analysing and documenting functional & non-functional requirement for various IAM technologies such as authentication, password management, user access review, role-based access control, privileged access management
- Demonstrate good understanding of operational, regulatory, and other risks related the area of IAM, data protection, and privacy
- Effectively communicate and partner with IAM technical leaders, technology architects and senior business leaders.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) technical consulting, across IAM strategy, architecture, IAM program roadmap development, and implementation of IAM solutions
- Broad knowledge of IAM technologies such as authentication, password management, user access review, role-based access control, privileged access management
- Experience working with leading Identity and Access tools including SailPoint, IdentityIQ, CyberArk, Okta
- Knowledge and experience on broader cybersecurity topics: cybersecurity policy and/or strategy development, cybersecurity risk management, leading security assessments, developing security architectures, cyber threat management and data protection
- Ability to write proposals, reports and develop client presentations
- Ability to present to senior management groups for both training and reporting purposes
- Excellent communication, client facing and consulting skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree preferably in a Cybersecurity, IT/Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
- Preferably have applicable vendor and industry certifications (e.g., Identity vendor certifications, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, GSEC)
- Flexibility to travel within A/NZ and Asia Pacific region as required.
