What You'll Do
- Help grow a business, work with the current Automotive leadership team to expand footprint, identify products to create and client opportunities, develop and grow team.
- Work jointly with BCG and client project teams, bringing expertise to the team and to the client on site.
- Actively support our business development efforts: client meetings, commercial discussions, preparation of proposals, industry conferences.
- Execute or provide expertise and support to operational excellence projects in EVs for our key clients in Southeast Asia.
- Provide mentorship and support to consultants ensuring continuous individual development.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- At least 6-7 years of work experience gained either at a leading Automotive company specializing in EVs with a succession of roles showing clear progression in responsibilities.
- Looking for an automotive person with more encompassing experience than just EV, someone who is strong functionally.
- Build intellectual property & products driving fundamental transformation in EVs
- Incumbent with Experience with premium segment OEMs, or with larger Ecosystem, Mobility city, connected vehicles, and Distributors, Manufacturing and EV companies will be preferred.
- Experience with 4-wheeler/2 wheeler would be beneficial.
- Exposure working with new-age players – Fleet aggregators, used car platforms would be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally and to work remotely on client sites
