Practice Area Profile
What You'll Do
- End-to-end strategy planning and implementation from client digital strategy development, DX consulting, IT roadmap development, and architecture design that contributes to strategy and issue resolution, and solution design
- Lead innovative plan conceptualization and running of workshops, combining the latest industry trends with BCG assets while building relationships with client company CxOs (BCG asset examples: Data & Digital platform consulting, digital marketing consulting, Agile coaching, etc.)
- Assume responsibility for project execution, confirming member assignment, project validity, risks and quality, and lead internal and external members to ensure project success.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 5+ years experience leading a small team in digital strategy development consulting and plan conceptualization, IT roadmap creation, and architecture development
- Experience working as a project leader, overseeing large-scale system upstream processes through system design, development and installation (Experience working in a PMO for large-scale system development also welcome)
- Experience in leading appropriate communication (documentation and presentation) with client management teams when carrying out the above-such projects
