What You'll Do

An Agile Consultant / Agile Coach takes responsibility for the manager role in multiple projects. You will also participate in new project proposal activities related to agile promotion and activities such as building relationships with new clients.

Typical tasks include the following:

Tailoring Agile frameworks and functional concepts for client implementation (including DevOps thoughts )
Agile maturity assessments of enterprise clients
Definition of change management strategies and implementation plans
Temporarily taking on Feature Owner/Scrum Master roles in client teams or coaching client managers in these roles
Restructuring of organizations and core processes to facilitate Agile work principles
Directly supporting Agile client teams delivery against key sprint or quality goals

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

Professional experience in the execution and management of (sub)projects
Experience as a project- or team-lead, managing small to mid-size teams (>3 people)
Proven ability to navigate technology environment and deliver IT solutions
Track record of delivering results as part of or leading an Agile team
Proven change management and transformation experience
Ideally, experience in DevOps
