What You'll Do
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 10 + years' experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery or technology consulting
- Consulting experience highly desirable
- Experience in each phase of full Salesforce.com life-cycle (especially designing, planning and implementing)
- As well as having experience in Salesforce.com, we will also expect you to have knowledge around other CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Adobe Marketing Cloud
- Experience with an integrated platform solution (for instance: Mulesoft)
- Understanding of architectural web-based platforms (SaaS/Isaas/Paas)
- Specific technical expertise in at least one of the following domains:
- CRM & portals- Commerce- Marketing/Martech,Customer Acquisition/ Google Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Sales Cloud projects experience- Channel Integration, Customer Data, Analytics- Front-end Development (architectures and practices for delivering web & mobile)
- Approaches to managing Architectural debt, Architecture governance and evolution in practice
- Micro services topologies, including operational concerns such as resiliency, observability, discovery and routing, security etc.
- Have experience with and understand how to lead legacy integration and remediation (facades, strangler approaches, et. al.)
- Developing MVPs to demonstrate the value of our recommendations
- Experience of managing teams and working with clients at C-Level
- University degree with above-average academic performance in a mathematical-scientific field, information technology, or business administration
