Digital technologies are fundamentally reshaping both consumer demand and competitive dynamics at unprecedented rates within the consumer industry. BCG’s consumer practice helps clients respond to industry disruption by redefining their channel strategies, transforming their organizations, and seizing competitive advantage. The practice serves clients across four main sectors - Consumer Products, Retail, Travel & Tourism, and Fashion & Luxury - and each of the four sectors covers a range of sub-industries and functional topics.

What You'll Do

We are currently seeking Experienced Professionals to join our Milan team within our Consumer Products sector.

Curiosity, willingness to learn, a genuine passion for Consumer Products, problem-solving, combined with analytical and communication skills will be critical to success and must have of the ideal candidate.

You will:

  • Be part of a passionate Consumer Products Team, willing to keep growing
  • Support industry leading companies in addressing their biggest challenges and shaping their future
  • Demonstrate and build your expertise on a broad range of topics such as Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Digital, ESG
  • Execute high-quality analyses, distilling insights for the Client
  • Play a role in the growth of our Consumer Products practice through case execution and client development

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • Between 2-5 years of previous experience in consulting firms or in leading industrial companies focused on Consumer Products/FMCG
  • Outstanding academic track record from a leading university
  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking capabilities. Must be able to thrive in a hypothesis-based environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English, in addition to a strong presence, team spirit and leadership skills
  • A combination of strategic and "hands on" delivery experience
  • Curiosity, creativity and ability to propose innovative ideas
  • Self-driven, independent and autonomous judgment
  • Behavior aligned with the highest ethical standards
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel
