- You have excellent communication skills

- You are fluent English, other languages would be of added benefit
- You are flexible, curious and creative, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas

- You have intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams
- You are driven, hard-working, entrepreneurial, proactive and productive
- You are fluent in the respective local language and English, other languages would be of added benefit
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in industry and/or consulting or technology companies. Industry or consulting experience may include Enterprise-/Solution Architect, Transformation Manager, Project-/program manager, Functional-/Process Consultant, Product owner experience at industry companies, technology start-ups, software vendors, professional services organizations, or IT system integrators among others
- Have experience in planning and delivering data and digital transformations, i.e. implementing new platforms and replacing legacy (either in a consulting or in a management position)
- Have experience in delivering digital transformation projects and successful implementation, including staffing and leadership development while taking a hands-on approach with clients
- Experience in managing workshop/discussions with clients
- Have passion for working with leaders and helping them develop new skills
- Have strong technical and non-technical influencing abilities
- Have an advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration (other advanced degrees are accepted as well, e.g. Mathematics, Physics) from a renowned university
- Have strong academics from top-tier institutions
