What You'll Do
The Platinion Talent Manager will act as the holistic owner of the consulting team employment experience with a close focus on the business needs of BCG Platinion and the professional development of our consulting staff.
This role will work primarily with the various cohorts across Platinion in Sao Paulo and Madrid with a close connection to the rest of the region, focusing on the needs of the firm, cohort and individuals.
- Will be responsible for optimizing the deployment of consulting resources to meet our business needs;
- Build strong relationships with client facing staff to understand development needs;
- Actively engage in all Career Development Committee meetings for relevant cohort(s) of individuals;
- Identify patterns across the cohort and use that knowledge to drive strategies, and support individuals in their staffing and developmental needs;
- Engage with candidates and hires early in their BCG Platinion experience to meet likely development needs in first cases;
- Understands all offerings and engages in discussion with cohort(s) on mobility options;
- Motivate, help to develop, and provide coaching and advice to all members of the team and guide staff throughout their employment lifecycle on career options and opportunities;
- Address questions related to HR topics before escalating to HR, working with HR team to resolve issues faced by individuals;
- Monitor staff activity and participation in key aspects of morale, retention and affiliation (e.g., integration and affiliation programs and events, MDAs, red zone reports, PTO support etc.);
- Provide analytic support and ownership over projects related to offices of focus and office people team, including but not limited to Annual PEOPLE Team Survey and Pyramid Planning.
In addition, this role is a member of the larger consulting talent team community in EMESA (Europe, Middle East, South America).
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required;
- 6+ years of HR/talent management experience, two+ years client-facing work experience in a professional services or equivalent organization strongly;
- Working knowledge of IT Architecture, digital design and engineering roles (Engineering, Data Engineering, Product Management, Strategic and Experience, Design);
- Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all organizational levels inside and outside BCG Platinion through establishing positive and productive working relationships.

YOU’LL BE BASED IN:
Sao Paulo, Brazil or Madrid, Spain.
At BCG Platinion you will have the opportunity to travel around the globe to work with clients and BCG teams. At times, this role involves significant travel to client sites. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and nature of projects.
