What You'll Do
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 3+ years of post-graduate school consulting experience, and/or 2 -3+ years of line management experience, particularly within the financial industry.
- Expertise in key financial industry topics including, but not limited to, asset management and payments.
- Strong organizational skills and an analytic mindset. Must be able to understand and employ a variety of analytical tools to study markets and market segments, develop frameworks and hypotheses, quantify strategic options, and assess their effectiveness.
- Expert communication and presentation skills. Project Leaders must synthesize their team’s work into recommendations for presentation to clients and deliver oral and written reports to client management.
- Intellectual curiosity, coupled with a drive to figure things out, get things done, and have an impact at the organizational level.
