What You'll Do
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 2+ years of industry and/or consulting experience (preferred) with focus on people and organizational issues. 5+ years and consulting team leadership experience required for Project Leader level.
- Adept problem-solving skills to address the challenges our clients face and creative ideas for integrating new ways of working into pragmatic organizational models
- Experience contributing to design and delivery of mid to large scale reorganization projects through to successful implementation; understanding of the impact of digital and new ways of working on traditional organizational models
- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to structure and analyze organizational data, and to develop and deliver methodologies to support effective decision making when embarking on large scale organization redesign efforts
- Interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations
- Strong academics; advanced degree preferred
