What You'll Do

At BCG Platinion, we’re bringing design to the front line of business challenges, creating work that solves problems in novel, feasible, and desirable ways. Our team applies a discovery-driven approach in order to create innovative and exciting end-to-end experiences at the intersection of people and technology. As an IT Consultant, you will collaborate on interdisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, researchers, technical experts, and consultants to develop leading IT concepts and architectural solutions. In this role, you will apply your sound technical know-how, understanding of business contexts, and analytical skills to enable organizations to technically transform.

You’re Good At:

Managing large-scale ERP projects
Developing functional and technical requirements and evaluation of IT architectures
Developing functional concepts
Supporting IT product evaluation and selection
Restructuring of IT organization and core processes
Supporting IT product planning
Conducting IT product management and quality assurance
Participating in IT due diligence, assessments, recommendations, and future-state design

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

You Bring:

BA/BS in information technology, business administration, computer science, business management, or system controls or a related field
4+ years of professional consulting experience in the execution and management of technology
Experience in IT delivery, implementation or strategy and process development
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The ability to perform in high pressure situations
The ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment—proposing innovative ideas, building empathy within the firm, and winning the trust of the clients
A highly professional and driven mindset, with the ability to think strategically and end-to-end
Entrepreneurial know-how, proactiveness, and productiveness
A distinct client and results orientated mindset
Good interpersonal skills, but also judgment independency and autonomy

Willingness to travel around the globe to work with clients and BCG teams. At times, this role involves significant travel to client sites. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and nature of projects

The first year base compensation for this role is $130,000 in USD.

In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution. BCG also provides a market leading benefits package described below.
