What You'll Do
Role Profile:
At BCG Platinion, our Risk teams lead organizations in establishing effective and efficient control functions, informed by industry and regulatory best practices. Our risk consultants are experts in Risk, Compliance, and Audit target operating models, state of the art risk management processes, and cutting-edge tools and technology enablers, across numerous industries and assurance functions. In this role you will enable control functions to lead strategic decision-making for clients by developing top-tier control function programs.
Risk Management Consultant Interns at BCG Platinion are:

You’re Good At:
- Providing subject matter expertise and recommending improvements to processes and applications focused on risk management
- Analyzing regulatory requirements and recommending implementation strategies
- Supporting the development of key risk management topics across risk stripes (e.g. Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Operational, Regulatory Remediation, Fraud and Financial Crimes, Technology, among others
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
Your Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Policy, Operations Research, Economics, or a similar field; Masters, MBA, and PhD students preferred
- Graduating between August 2023 and June 2024
- 2+ years of full-time work experience in Banking, Consulting, or Regulatory environments
- Knowledge of risk and compliance regulations within the United States
- A strong understanding of financial products
- Ability to manage client relationships
- Analytical and structured thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- A highly professional and rigorous mindset
- A results-oriented, team-player attitude
- Willingness to travel during the internship, if needed
