What You'll Do
Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) is one of the most exciting practice areas in our firm, operating at the intersection of disruptive technology and constantly-evolving consumer trends—a place where the ability to adapt determines who wins and who gets left behind.
As the senior person most frequently at the client site, Principals interact with the client lead on a day-to-day basis to ensure that expectations are aligned. Principals provide the project management oversight required to meet client expectations. Responsibilities may include the development of presentations, managing of external relationships and consultant work progress, providing status reports, and overseeing budgets.
Partners at BCG work even more closely with our managing director and partner group, and other senior leaders in the firm, to identify client opportunities, develop teams, and build our offices, ensuring we deliver the client impact BCG is known for. Partners act as trusted advisors to BCG clients and bring original ideas, directly contributing to thought leadership and to the firm’s growth.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- Analytical and structured with excellent problem solving skills (hypothesis driven approach etc.)
- Advanced quantitative analysis skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to interact at high levels and manage stakeholders
- Superior business sense and good ability to work beyond core operations practice areas
- Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic would be desirable, but not essential)
- Excellent track record of project/team leadership and related achievements
